If you make a living writing software, on the long term you realize that the best customer is the one that, although does not know how to make software, at least  understands what it means.

Immediately after is the customer who does not realize what it means, but at least is aware. And trusts you.

The worst, in this profession as in many other areas, is the one that does not understand anything but thinks he knows everything.
